administrative tasks for schools, teachers, students, and parents. Your privacy is important to us.

students, and parents provided by the school administration.
- Academic Data: Attendance records, homework assignments, examination results, and class
schedules.
- Financial Data: Fee payment records and transaction history related to school fees.
- Communications: Messages and notices sent through the application's messaging system.
- Device Information: We collect device-specific information (such as hardware model, OS
version, and FCM tokens) to provide push notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To manage school operations, including attendance, academics, and fee tracking.
- To facilitate communication between school staff, parents, and students.
- To send important notifications (notices, homework alerts, fee reminders) via push notifications.
- To improve our application and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of your school
management system except in the following cases:
- With your consent: When your school administration authorizes the sharing of data.
- Third-party service providers: We use secondary services like Firebase (by Google) for
sending push notifications. These providers have access to limited data (like FCM tokens) only to perform
these tasks on our behalf.
- Legal reasons: We will share personal information if we have a good-faith belief that
access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable
law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Security
We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or
destruction of information we hold. We use encryption (SSL/TLS) for data transmission and implement robust
access controls.
5. Your Rights
Users (through their school administration) can request access to their personal data, or ask for corrections or
deletions. Since this is a school management system, most data management is handled by your school's
administrative office.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy
Policy on this page and through app notifications where appropriate.
8. Data Deletion Request
We provide a way for users to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data. To request account or
data deletion, please follow these steps:
- Contact your school's administrative office directly, as they manage all user accounts within their
respective school systems.
- Alternatively, you can send an email to vidiyum5@gmail.com with the
subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and school name.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. Please note
that some data may be retained for a specific period as required by local educational regulations or financial
auditing requirements (such as fee payment records).
